Brian Hadfield
President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Hadfield was appointed as the company's President and Chief Executive Officer on February 27, 2008. Mr. Hadfield held progressively more senior positions at Unisys for 21 years, culminating in a five-year assignment as managing director for the U.K., Middle East, Africa and India. In this role, he oversaw a work force that grew from 3,000 to 9,000 employees, managed the transformation from a technology to a services-based company and grew the company’s revenue by more than 23 per cent to over $1 billion, most of which was annuity based. Earlier in his career, Mr. Hadfield served as vice president for operations at the Bank of Boston. He holds non-executive directorships at various well-known organizations.

Stephen Taylor
Chief Financial Officer

Stephen Taylor joined CryptoLogic on August 8, 2005 and brings more than two decades of experience in financial and business management, public markets, and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Taylor is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified in the top one percent in Canada. He spent the first 11 years of his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (formerly Coopers & Lybrand) auditing multinational clients in the manufacturing, mining and financial services sectors. Mr. Taylor's subsequent posts included senior financial and corporate roles at Derlan Industries, a TSX listed aerospace company; President and COO of Spellcaster Telecommunications, an early-stage private software company; and Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions with Ernst & Young's corporate finance practice.

Michael Starzynski
Chief Technology Officer

Mike Starzynski joined CryptoLogic on March 17, 2003 and has more than 20 years of global information technology experience in both the telecommunications and financial services sectors at some of North America's largest companies as well as leading entrepreneurial organizations.

Mr. Starzynski has served in senior technology roles with market-leading organizations including Financial Models Company, CGI Canada and a 13-year career at Bell Canada, Canada's leading telecommunication service provider. Most recently as Chief Technology Officer at Financial Models, Mr. Starzynski managed a multi-million-dollar product development strategy and was instrumental in delivering new integrated product solutions to optimize customer performance worldwide. During his tenure at Bell Canada, he spearheaded several technological modernization programs, which enabled Bell Canada to compete head-on in a rapidly changing business environment.

Justin Thouin
Vice President, Product Management and Business Development

Justin Thouin is the Vice President of Product Management and Business Development at CryptoLogic Inc., and has been with the company since July 21, 2003. Mr. Thouin leads the strategic direction of CryptoLogic's Internet casino and poker product suites to ensure that the company continues to lead the market in innovation. He is responsible for player research to drive game development and for developing strategic partnerships with such top brands as Marvel, Bejeweled and Cubis. He is also responsible for forging new relationships with leading online gaming sites and adding these to CryptoLogic's roster of blue-chip licensees. Prior to his tenure at CryptoLogic, Justin worked at Maple Leaf Foods, Canada's largest food company, in a variety of roles including consumer marketing, sales, and finance. Justin has a Commerce (Honours) degree from Queen's University in Kingston Ontario, a leading Canadian business school.
