David Gavagan Mr. Gavagan was appointed Interim CEO of the company on August 12, 2010. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, Mr. Gavagan joined Cryptologic's board as an independent non-executive director in June 2008 and was named Chairman of the Board in June 2009. Mr. Gavagan was the co-founder and managing/senior partner of Hibernia Capital Partners, where he served in this capacity from 1996 until the fund closed in 2006. Hibernia Capital Partners was a private equity fund manager. |

Huw Spiers Huw Spiers brings more than 20 years’ leadership experience, primarily in the software sector, covering both private and publicly-listed companies in the US and Europe. Mr. Spiers is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Mr. Spiers was CFO at dotMobi, a leading domain registry and mobile technology company based in Dublin. Mr. Spiers prior posts include 9 years at PolarLake, a provider of data distribution and integration solutions primarily for financial services and government markets, 5 years as director and CFO of London & Overseas Freighters, a tanker shipping group headquartered in Bermuda, and Senior Manager with KPMG Peat Marwick. |
Mr. Hadfield was appointed as the company's President and Chief Executive Officer on February 27, 2008. Mr. Hadfield held progressively more senior positions at Unisys for 21 years, culminating in a five-year assignment as managing director for the U.K., Middle East, Africa and India. In this role, he oversaw a work force that grew from 3,000 to 9,000 employees, managed the transformation from a technology to a services-based company and grew the company’s revenue by more than 23 per cent to over $1 billion, most of which was annuity based. Earlier in his career, Mr. Hadfield served as vice president for operations at the Bank of Boston. He holds non-executive directorships at various well-known organizations.
